Just a few seconds of stretching a day can really help improve torticollis. The techniques for treating the neck muscles can be completed in just six weeks. CPR and Parents
Are all good parents certified in CPR? To find out, we spoke with a few experts who tell us why this is an important life skill for not only parents to learn, but also caregivers and babysitters. CPR certification is easy to learn and can help when faced with an emergency or accidents. Courses are offered through the American Red Cross and American Heart Association and participants learn first aid, rescue breathing, how to use an AED device, and the Heimlich maneuver, in addition to CPR. Find out what resources are available for families who want to learn CPR for adults, children or infants. If you have thoughts about this topic, share them with us at DadLabs.com.
