So I kinda feel like a couple of cantaloupes in the banana bin in the produce section. I just haven't been happy with the pregnancy forums I've come across. They're too "we're pregnant and men have to bow down to us, grr". The conversation seems more laid back here and like I said before I love the humor of the DadLabs guys. So I guess basically what I'm getting at is... Please say its okay that I'm here

There are a lot more women involved in the DL Live chat on Thursdays at 2 (Central) than in the forums. But that doesn't mean that that's where they stay.

I kinda feel that your man SHOULD be bowing down to you, because his kid is growing in you... but it is nice to see another woman who doesn't necessarily expect that nor demand that. (I thought my wife was the only nice pregnant woman.)

We don't bash women, or men, in general here. We're a little more specific. i.e. We hassle the Labs crew for their Longhorns fetish, hats, hair (or lack there of), gift giving ideas, but we're all laughin' when we do it.

I saw the exact same information in the DueDads dvd that I got in the all day class at the hospital. But it was funnier, and without the gore that I had no desire to see anyway. (That's right, I closed my eyes whenever they showed holy places looking unholy.)

As for the penis thing, well, it's good to be a man. Simply because we don't have to build humans internally. We get the fun part. I'm glad you ladies do it, but I am even happier that I don't have to.

So welcome to the Labs! Hope your man Tim will contribute too.

Thanks guys! Tim would be on here too, but he is hardly ever online. And don't worry, Nik, Tim does respect the hell out of me for carrying his son.

And it's all good, Ben. I'm used to testosterone flare ups. I've played enough First Person Shooter video games with Tim and his friends.

Oh and to the dads: You won't be getting any Longhorn bashing from me. I was raised in Austin
