Christmas Movies, what’s your favourite?

Christmas movies where something we always sat down and watched over the festive period but in my day as a child, we never had the technology there is today.
Gone are the days of missing anything. These days, if you need a wee or fancy a cup of tea, you just pause the TV. Not so long ago you just held on or missed the bits you had already seen twenty times before.
So, your favourite movie but in three categories: Classic (the ones that were on every year), DVD and your child’s.
Mine are as follows
1. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
2. Miracle on 34th Street
3. Mickey Mouse, Once upon a Christmas.
Only one week until holiday season, get those recommendations in quick!
Merry Christmas
Martin

In no particular order:

The classics:

It's A Wonderful Life(This was mandatory per mom)
A Christmas Carol(with George C. Scott)
A Charlie Brown Christmas

I'm combining the DVD/children's into one category.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas(Jim Carrey version)
Kung Fu Panda Holiday Special
Shrek The Halls

As you can see, quite a contrast from the classics to the kiddie picks. Although, they have seen the animated version of the Grinch but seemed to enjoy the Jim Carrey version better.

Anxious to see other's favorites too.

Dadchelor Parties

Daddy Clay talks to Beth Feldman, Founder and President of RoleMommy.com about a few "dad trends." Dads are becoming more involved with everything from the very beginning, including doctors appointments and even baby showers. A Dadchelor party is a get together for new Dads that is essentially, diapers for beer. Guest bring diapers and beer is served while you watch movies or maybe the game. At a Dadchelor party, baby kegger, ok, strippers, not ok. (Trust us on this one.) Another great idea for new Dads is to take the Mom-to-be on a "Babymoon" where she gets pampered and can relax. Well, relax as much as one can when building a human. Episode 868
