I was really excited to find out that Breast pumps are tax deductible for the year 2011. I ordered mine on Dec 30 and It was charged on my card on Jan 3rd. If you have a HSA you can deduct the expense if you have any left from all the other expenses of child birth that is

Its such nice thing that they promote breast feeding. So if your expecting make sure to allocate to your HSA and use that money to buy a breast pump.

What's the real impact on the budget from this? Are people going to be buying dozens of these a year? Formula's not taxed, right? Seems pretty straight forward.
