<br>Sarah and I went in for our first official appointment this morning and talked with the nurse practitioner. At the end of the appointment, they brought out the doppler and got to hear they baby's heartbeat for the first time! Wow. I can say that before this point I hadn't been that excited, but now I am officially excited. It's just so amazing.<br><br>Here's the link to the mp3 file we uploaded if anyone would like to hear it. Amazing isn't it? We cried our eyes out that first time... and teared up at every appointment thereafter...<br><br>That alone is reason enough to go to the appts with the Momma…

Now that you're geeked about this stage, get ready for the 3D ultrasounds! My wife says that ours turned out better than most. But plan on them now so you don't miss the chance to get them done. It's worth every penny.<br><br><br>

Yah, the heartbeat was awesome.<br>We bought the Baby Heartbeat monitor for home and listen to the heartbeat every night. That is frickin awesome.
