Statesman Runs Due Dad Holiday Gift Guide

The Austin American Statesman will suspend their editorial standards long enough tomorrow to run a piece that I wrote for them. It’s a guide to holiday gift buying for new and expecting parents. If you go in for that kind of hard-hitting investigative journalism, here’s a link. In further journalistic news, I got the gig to write the “Birth of a Dad” feature for Fit Pregnancy again this year even though I have made limited progress on becoming fit and/or pregnant. My deadline is in six weeks even thought the piece runs in the June/July issue. Such is the “glossy” editorial calendar.
