My kids are not picky eaters. The seven year old digs pad thai, the four year old broccoli, and for this reason I count myself lucky. Notice I did not say this is because I am a good parent. Nature is definitely at play here, and I question the good parent during many a meal. But let’s not discount nurture. I’ll leave the scientific topic of taste acquisition to the interweb and focus today’s blog on a few pieces of gear that we use in our kitchen to facilitate cooking and thereby encourage diverse eating.
