The recent FTC announcement that the agency is planning to “regulate” bloggers has certainly precipitated a good deal of online chatter. Whether the new guidelines are enforceable or not, they have certainly prompted a healthy conversation, both in the wider blogosphere and right here at DadLabs Global HQ.

For those not spending every spare second on Twitter, the Federal Trade Commission issued a series of edicts and policies intended to curb some questionable online marketing and publishing practices like paying for positive reviews or loading bloggers down with free “samples,” travel, meals and the like.
