DadLabs Supports Movember
DadLabs Supports Movember. Every November, men across the country and around the world put their upper lips to work in order to raise awareness and money for diagnosis and treatment of men's cancers. The movement began Down Under, where a mustache is known as a "Mo" -- hence Movember. Our own Brad Powell is doing his part by teaming up with the men of Dad 2.0 to grow a wicked trucker 'stache all in the name of charity. Brad has as his guest one Burt Boles -- redneck mustache and fitness guru. Please support Brad's mustache, cancer research, and dudes worldwide by making a contribution to Movember today. Ask your doctor about screening for prostate and testicular cancer, and lead a healthy lifestyle. Movember is also about prevention of cancer. Movember is also a project of the Livestrong Foundation, based right here in Austin, Texas. Episode 827 is brought to you by Baby Bjorn. Hosted by Brad Powell.

Last Minute Fathers Day Gifts
Episode 874- Last Minute Father's Day Gifts 2012 Daddy Clay visits Finley's Barber Shop for a full "manpering" experience. Finley's is not your every day run of the mill chop shop. You can get a full haircut, straight razor shave, hot towel treatment, and a shoulder massage. Oh, and they have beer! Definitely a great Father's Day gift if there's a full service barber shop in your area.
For daily cleansing of Dads, believe it or not, there are great bath products for men. Dove Men + care products including face and body wash and deodorants would be a great gift, especially "wrapped" in a new tool box. (Because Dad's don't do gift baskets.)
Time is another great idea. The gift of time for his fitness really won't hurt Dad's feelings. He'll actually like having the time to workout or run guilt free. Health and fitness are important to every Dad.
If Dad is a gadget geek, the Jawbone Jambox will really get him moving. It's take anywhere wireless speaker the produces big sound in a small package.
