Daddy Clay: Hey there welcome back to the Dad Lab lounge - I’m Daddy Clay.

Daddy Brad: And I’m Daddy Brad, and we are back here in the tiniest bar in Texas, in beautiful downtown Austin.

Daddy Clay: This is the show where we ask members of our expert panel and number so far audience here in tiniest bar in Texas, probing questions about parenting in America today, today’s question?

Daddy Brad: What stories that are out there and have been sensationalized by the media, have you all freaked out about your kid’s health?

Man 1: You mean kind of like the 10 o’clock news scare stories?

Man 2: They say cough medicine is good - cough medicine is good.

Jodi: There is so much in the news that’s just designed to make you freak out, and make you think I’m doing this thing that is going to screw up my kids forever.

Man 2: Cough medicine is bad - cough medicine is bad.

Jodi: My parents you know just kind of read it and go “alright who is behind this study?”

Man 2: It doesn’t matter if it is true or not.

Daddy Clay: So hormones in the meat? Hormones? it doesn’t bother you?

Daddy Owen: Hormones in my meat? What are you talking about?

Man 3: I did take hormones for a while.

Man 2: Right now my wife has a lot of hormones. I don’t know if it is coming from the milk.

Man 1: We did try organic stuff before.

Man 2: We could buy milk and she wouldn’t act like that anymore.

Daddy Clay: And lead?

Daddy Owen: Oh come on! who didn’t eat a pencil or two?

Man 4: I think the ones about kid’s eating dirt kind of disturbed me.

Daddy Clay: Too much Vitamin D, doesn’t that you know, turn you orange? Were you ever orange? Your daughter is an Oompa Loompa?

Man 4: If they don’t get enough dirt, it is bad, because there is a lot of microbes and shit.

Daddy Owen: If people aren’t concerned of what they are consuming, then I don’t think we have a future in this country.

Daddy Clay: Well David’s trying to close down the bar, here in the tiniest bar in Texas, it must be the end of this episode, and I’m Daddy Clay.

Daddy Brad: And I’m Daddy Brad, and if you want to join us for our next episode here in the tiniest bar in Texas, come on down on February 7th you can find all the details at dadlabs.com

Daddy Clay: Dave are these BPA free glasses dude?

Daddy Brad: Yeah do you have BPA in here?

Daddy Clay: Because it can make me hit puberty too early.

Daddy Brad: Did you get these from China?

Dave: That’s a good question.

Daddy Clay: If I start menstruating….

Man 2: See because I’m in the media, I figured they must be right.
