DAD: It’s not against the law.

OWEN: Maybe the laws of nature. Look I liked Cocoon as much as the next guy but this is ridiculous.

MUM: We thought you’d be happy.

JODI: Hey you guys, any more wine?

OWEN: Yeah, well, me first.

JODI: Hey, what about your faux baby?

OWEN: I’ve been trumped. Tell ‘em.

MUM: We’ve got one in the overn.

JODI: Ooh, a roast?

MUM: No, um, whoopsie whoopsie, up the spout, catholic birth control, uh, preggers.

JODI: You’re pregnant? That is wonderful!

OWEN: Whoa did you hear what she said? They’re pregnant. That means they’ve been doing it.

JODI: That means you’re going to be a big brother.

OWEN: I am a big brother to a thirty four year old woman. I don’t need anything more.

JODI: Well I think it’s great. So, do you know the sex yet?

MUM: We’ve been practicing.

DAD: For a long time.

OWEN: Oh my god!

JODI: No, I meant like do you know the gender.

DAD: Oh, we’re hoping for a girl, or a boy.

JODI: Oscar, you’re going to be a newphew!
